HOW DO I BOOK A HOTEL?

Send the booking formular, and after we checked it with the hotel we will make a prebooking. After the payment you will get a hotel voucher that you will have to show at the reception in exchange for your room.

DO I SAVE MONEY IF I BOOK MY HOTEL THROUGH YOU?

Thatīs what we are trying! We work through hotel agencies that give us discounts so we can offer you the hotel at a better price.

WHY DO I HAVE TO PAY MY BOOKING IN ADVANCE?

Because that's the only way to guarantee the rooms are blocked and to get the discount.

HOW CAN I SEND THE MONEY?

You can send the Money via bank transfer or visa card.

HOW CAN I CANCEL MY BOOKING IN CASE I CANīT GO TO THE MEETING?

If you cancel 20 days prior arrival it will cost the cancel expenses (of visa card or bank transfer). If you cancel 10 days before your arriving, you will have to pay 25% of your hotel booking and after the 10 days 80%. Only the BONUS tickets are refundable 100% (minus the expenses for sending the money back).

DO CHILDREN GET A DISCOUNT ON HOTEL BOOKINGS?

Yes if you want to share your room with your children, ask us and we will inform you about the special prices for families.

I NEED A BABY SITTER TO TAKE CARE OF MY KIDS WHILE IīM AT THE FESTIVAL, IS IT POSSIBLE?

Some hotels, not all, offer a baby sitter service to families on request, please ask us if you need one and we will help you.

I BOUGHT MY BONUS TICKETS FOR THE FESTIVAL AND I HAVE TO PICK THEM UP AT THE RECEPTION OF THE HOTEL, HOW DOES IT WORK?

Once you arrive at the hotel and the reception staff checked your booking, you will receive an envelope with the bonus tickets of the festival. ID and name of your booking need to be the same.

ARE ROOMS AVAILABLE FOR THREE PERSONS?

Yes - on request, a third person in the room gets a discount.
